ARCHITECTURE ON WHEELS
Recently, I decided to see what all the fuss is about Food Trucks!
I wish I would have done sooner...My wife, myself, and a couple of friends went on what I called a Food Safari !
In other words we went searching for the food trucks.
We were aided greatly by the web site /roaminghunger.com/. You can choose your city and time slots and it maps the location of the Trucks...Then your off to a delicious food chasing experience.
P.S. As an Architect I appreciate the very efficient use of space and vibrant imagery and creativity of these mobile works of Architecture!
